  1. ENGLISH GUY IN BULGARIA HERE I had a [harmless] skin cancer removed under the "COMMUNIST" Bulgarian NHS - it was 108 HOURS from me finding it on the Saturday to it being diagnosed, tests run and it being removed...!!! Im not covered fully as Im not a citizen here - its cost me $175
