  1. I MOVED TO BULGARIA 15 YEARS AGO I remember being offered rakija at breakfast in the village cafe / shop. People passed out in the street was a normal thing to find, Ive seen people get out of the driver's seat of the car and fall over they were that drunk. The country has changed a LOT, its now a zero limit for drink driving, public drunkenness is none existent except in Sunny Beach with the British tourists
