@samsonsoturian6013 Yeah but you are NOT operating at 120% of GDP - thats just national debt. When you take excess corporate debt and excess personal debt and excess mortgage debt [over and above normal times] you are operating at about 420% of GDP. The USA has a massive debt problem that it needs to inflation away, the problem is the USA no longer has the productivity or personal disposable income to cope with inflation The USA buys almost everything from china - you cant just devalue your currency like you could in the past. The US national debt is not the problem - its the OTHER debt above that is the problem.

I'm an author on psychology and the collapse of civilisations. America is collapsing China will be global soverign. There is nothing you can do - the USA has reached a point called "Interconnected Cascading Systems Failure" - or - "everything is broken and everything you need to fix it is also broken" Its what ends 100% of civilisations - the way you get there is different in every case, but the inability to fix the problems cos the fix is itself broken - its what causes the collapse.
