  4. @DaleGribble-yf4yy No Bulgaria - zero-tolerance alcohol limit. When I moved here 15 years ago the driving was the worst I had ever seen, and I have driven across Africa...!!! But they set about changing it about 12 years ago. Kids learn to drive at school from 5 years old in little electric cars on proper road layouts on the playground. They are taught how to be good citizens on the road and it works - the teenagers now driving are impeccable. And at the other side, they increased the penalties for bad driving to be very severe and they enforced them. Its amazing how you can change the entire culture of a country in just 12 years, I would never have thought it possible
