  4.  @gerrydonohoe3931  - Its 19 months I think since I had Covid, the physical affect long term are bad, it just goes on and on and on - but the psychological effects are equally as - worrying is the best way to put it. I did too much yoga last week and I am back with severe flue like symptoms, but I was in tears today over the 18 year old girl who wone the tennis. I DONT CARE about tennis, not in any way what so ever. Yesterday I has "swirly vision" kinda like kaleidoscope spots in my vision. And the worst is - and a lot of people have this - you constantly BLAME yourself for not being able to do physical tasks, telling yourself you are just being pathetic and you need to pull yourself together and get on with it, so you do - and then you are in bed for a week. The "brain fog" was very bad for 6 to 9 months - but it has got better. Im taking paracetamol today for the flue like symptoms - I write the time down I have taken them so I don't overdose, cos I could easily forget - that's how bad it is when its got a LOT better. MY opinion - this is a blood disease that passes freely through the blood-brain barrier and as the brain is a immune response free zone [cant remember the correct name] the covid hides out in your brain to re emerge if you stress yourself AND I think it causes the guilt trip to GET you to stress yourself. there are parasites and viruses in fish that cause them to swim to the surface to get eaten by birds in order to distribute the pathogen more widely... I think its similar with COVID.
