PAYPAL HAS £23K OF MY MONEY they say it was a "suspicious transaction" and they are demanding documents that simply don't exist* in my country to prove my residence The thing is - I expected there to be an issue cos its a TECH COMPANY. But I was more worried about the person who owed me it going bust than the issues I expected with PayPal. Ill get the money eventually when I have time to get solicitors onto it. If its a tech company -- they will s-c-r-e-w you over. *they want a utility bill in my name - here the landlord pays them and you pay the landlord
