THERE IS SUCH A THING AS SOCIETY its alive and well here in Bulgaria and it makes my life WONDERFUL... Homemade air cured sausages given to me by one neighbour and homegrown home picked vegetables from another on my plate right now. Both a thankyou for the little favours and help I have given them - cos that's what we do here; we help each other. You dont need a flash new car and 50" OLED TV when you feel loved by your community. No wonder Thatcher destroyed it...

ANY TORY WOULD BE A TERRIBLE PM if they were decent human beings, they would not be Tory MP's - it's self-selecting. BUT I don't believe he is fundamentally opposed to democracy - - unlike Bojo and Patel.

@hugogreen4916 - YEAH - contrary to the UK they are trying very hard to move AWAY from a corrupt government, unlike the UK. But just LIKE the Tory govt in the UK the previous corrupt government introduced lots of legislation to make it way more difficult to get rid of them. We do have proportional representation, so it is at least democratic - unlike the UK. But yeah it took 3 goes to get rid of the corrupt lot. The covid situation is a direct result of not having a government for 10 months. We were doing AMAZING - until we had no government. So on the whole it does have society. It now has a NONE corrupt government. It has PR. And most importantly its not stupid enough to leave the EU - so things are looking very bright for the country.

@ai-d2121 - What are you talking about??? University is either free here or about €1,200 a year. Most people pay for University with a part-time job in a shop. I know people with 4 different degrees...

@Oluinneachain - SHOCK HORROR - life is complicated and cant be summed up in a catchphrase eg "Get Brexit Done" - hows that going??? If more people were able to cope with complexity the UK would not be in the terrible state it's in.
