  4. I HAVE 3 SEPARATE THINGS I have monologue, thoughts and images going on and these are all separate in independent. The thoughts are in words and are the inquisitive part, the monologue is putting the thoughts into a story as if writing a book and the images are separate but can be called up by the thoughts This makes meditation very difficult as I have to occupy all of these - so monologue has to say a mantra, thoughts have to concentrate on the sensation of breathing and image has to imagine a blue sphere or something.

  5. NO I have no concept either - I often wonder how my dog does stuff...??? How does she decide to eat without the words to describe the process I dont have aphantasia though I have very clear and vivid images but they are completely separate to the monologue.
