  1. You would be astonished at what is privatised. A podcast I was listening to ran through a list of things that were privatised in the UK and it was truly SHOCKING. Basically - everything. Every single function of government has been privatised.

  2. YES THEY HAVE GIVEN UP ON GOVERNING It happened in about 2012 / 2014 period when they just STOPPED even making a pretence to govern and stated distracting from the fact they were NOT governing.
