  1. This was my comment: I WILL TELL YOU WHY In 2015 I suffered brain damage in a mugging and was awarded ESA - this was all I could claim I was told as I lived in Bulgaria. On 2 further occasions, I called to see if there was any more help available - NO. Nov 24 I found out PIP is payable in the EU. So I applied, but the complexity of the form is too much for me, so I have had to pay £590 for a benefits solicitor to act on my behalf - £52,000 I have NOT been paid because I was lied to...!!!
