this was my comment: LISTEN TO MY MISTAKES AND DON'T REPEAT THEM Over 35 years I've owned over 50 cars - had some great cars. You know what I DON'T HAVE...??? The €250k to €500k Ive p!ssed away on devaluation on cars. BUY a reliable car for like €2k $3k. NO it does NOT cost you more in repairs, That the lie you tell yourself to justify the $500 a month. Do PREVENTATIVE maintenance on the car, look after it and drive it until it literally falls apart. NOTHING on earth is a worse buy than an expensive car, and expensive is $30k+

@josephoberlander I never realised I was wasting vast amounts of money cos, you know you need a car so you always have a car. Then I moved to a 15 minute city over here in Europe, I had a CL55 AMG at the time and it just sat there cos I no longer needed a car. After 4 years I ended up giving it away cos it had got vandalised. It was not until I wasnt running a car that I ever stopped to think about the cost of owning them.

"I lost so much money in the stock market, rent increased," bullsh!t dude, not everyone is as th!ck as you. NO ONE is renting if they have enough money to LOSE a lot of money in the stock market. My God education in America is non-existent. If you have enough money in the stock market to lose a lot of money in the stock market the first thing you're going to do is buy a house and stop paying rent.

@BobbyM7847 Yes - a €2k diesel VW Golf or Passat will get you to work every day for the next 15 years. But laughing at the Idea of driving a €2k car is just telling me your ego won't allow you to. FINE, your fragile ego - your money.
