  1.  @DjDolHaus86  - Its not. On tires that last only 3,000 miles, the limit is like 1.7 seconds. On tires that last 10k miles its 1.9 seconds and "normal" tires its about 2.1 seconds. The point is, We now have the technology to go essentially any speed and to accelerate at any rate. THAT RACE IS OVER YES we can make a street car that does 0-60 under 1 second if the tires last 500 miles. WHO WANTS THAT???

THAT RACE IS OVER Its done, its not exciting anymore, the performance has become physically painful... We need to separate into 3 areas: 1) Full Self Driving - where luxury and comfort win hands down 2) Driving enjoyment, light, agile and sensibly fast 3) Cheap and/or utilitarian
