  2.  @dee5298  Well I happen to have a lot of knowledge about the porcelain steel sheeting - dont ask. It should basically last for ever, I mean for ever. the only problem would be if you smash the surface cos it is glass so then water gets in and it rusts.

Where I live now [Bulgaria] we have an invasive species of tree that grows like a triffid, it will grow to 10m in 5 years its unbelievable. AND its rot resistant. The gipsies make chopping boards and spoons out of it cos it is totally rot resistant. They should definitely farm it for building material

  8. I've done the maths on that - $10k at the time is $120k today in wage inflation. But its $375k as a % of US national wealth. Which is by NO coincidence, almost exactly the cost of a house like that today. $67 = $804 in today's wages
