THIS IS ASTONISHINGLY INTERESTING Developing countries allowed to trade with central bank issued digital currencies BACKED by the countries' mineral and and commodity reserves - meaning developing countries would NOT have to borrow from rich countries they are effectively selling tiny tiny bits of their mineral reserves Instead of selling their mineral reserves to the U.S.A. for a loan at an astronomical rate to get $USD to actually buy things and the US profiting off those mineral reserves in the future
