  1. Its not actually Sinophobia by the Govt. The $USD only has value cos the US is global No1. So its used as the reserve. If the US is not No1, there is nothing to back up the $USD - they dont make anything, they dont ADD VALUE. So the USD will crash if they are not No1. SO the US endlessly damages over countries to stop them from competing. The sanctions on Russia were much more about damaging the EU then stopping the war.
