He will know for sure that the Am3ric4n empire has already ended, 805 of the world's media dont talk about the US from one week to the next. 2.7% of China's GDP is exporting to the US. 12% of Chinas exports are tho the US which means 88% are to OTHER countries. He must have his head in his hands at what the US has become.
