It is technically a war crime to use a captured serviceman for propaganda purposes for exactly this reason. Like you - it makes me uneasy to see these video's.

paul bean - YES - I 100% agree. I live 250 ish miles from Odessa, I have collected 12 large bags of clothes for the refugees, I will be helping next week - I 100% support the Ukrainians. But this makes me feel uneasy. As you say - I dont THINK its necessary and the Russian govt will very soon start saying they were tortured into saying this.

@mothratemporalradio517 - Its in the Geneva convention - but its hardly the worst of crimes is it...??? On a scale of 1 to bombing a children's hospital it pretty low on the scale.

@mothratemporalradio517 - I would do more - but the local red cross is literally turning away volunteers they have so many. Which is wonderful. Ill collect more clothes and things over the coming days.
