@Kokilovesreno If no one claims ownership and there are 3 payers - who is proving what to who??? Russia don't care if its China, but they DO care if its the USA, but if the USA and China deny it and Russia know they didn't make it - how does Russia know its America and not China pulling a fast one OR aliens...?? The denial thing only works if you are EXPLAINING it away as something else - otherwise, it just creates global paranoia. The OTHER thing - no way Trump could have keep it secret - remember the "Super Duper Missile" ???
