To get a thing into law and then reality you have to win EVERY stage of the law-making process and THEN you have to win every legal challenge up to an including the SCOTUS.   3. Well its not just Trump - the fact you cant bring him to trial IS a national humiliation for you. Possibly bigger than electing him in the first place. You can blame misguided people for that - but the "intelligent" people are supposed to be doing the justice stuff and you are simply incapable, as a nation, of managing your affairs.
