My sister had a PhD in Nutrition - she eats a very similar diet to you. The main thing is "almost exclusively what grew in the ground or what came from an animal" and NO SUGAR. If you cut out processed foods you are 80% of the way there - the reason everyone feels better on vegan, or palio, or vegi, or keto is NOT the diet - its the cutting out of the processed food. My sister likes meet - that what she eats meat. The only diet that is actively bad for you really is the vegan which is very depressive I eat the same but only cos I am copying my sister. I can literally feel the toxins in processed food now, I feel polluted if I ever eat any.

LIFE EXPECTANCY was at it lowest in the middle of the Industrial Revolution - and we have NOT gotten healthier so much as we have gotten better at keeping UNHEALTHY people alive for longer with amazing medicine... Most people in the West still eat a diet and live a sedentary life that would have them unalive by 45 - we are NOT healthy people, we are highly medicated people.
