  1. Quick story. In 2014 I was worth €6 million and I was not happy once the novelty wore off - I suffered brain damage in a mugging and lost everything. I got my self back together and coping with the brain damage and learned to enjoy an incredibly tiny minimalistic life. I have a kind of UBI between my govt benefit for the brain damage and the royalties from the books I wrote so I have dedicated the last 7 years to being happy and the closer I get the more like a Shaolin monk I have to live. The point of my story is YES - life is suffering. Happiness is not what you have or where you live it is how you cope with that suffering, how content you are with what you have.
