In Dec 2022 Poland passed the UK for the average standard of living. It is set to pass the Uk for £ for £ wages in 2030. In the next 5 years, Romania and Bulgaria are also set to pass the UK for average standard of living. People in the UK have no idea how poor they are becoming compared to the rest of the world. The UK has stood still since 2008 - whilst the rest of the world has moved on. in the EU real wage growth has been 3.4% above inflation. In the UK it has been MINUS -2.6%. In 15 years the average French person will have DOUBLE the wealth and wage of the average Brit. THIS IS WHAT THE RICISTS BROUGHT UPON BRITAIN with their Brexit... That was a catastrophe so they are now blaming people in rubber boats. How THICK do you have to be to keep believing the Tories that its "OTHERS" the EU, people in boats, trans people anyone but TORIES and they do believe it and they keep voting for them...

@digitd4663 - You know where Bulgaria is right??? Its the FIRST EU country on the migrant trail from Syria and the middle east and almost next door to Ukraine. In 2021 we had 201,940 immigrants and that was BEFORE the Ukraine war and we have a population of 6 million people - so that is 1 immigrant for every 29 people. THIS is the equivalent of the UK having 2,344,827 immigrants A YEAR The UK had 28,526 in 2021 Bulgaria hs 10 TIMES the immigrants you had in 2021 with 1/10 the native population.....................! Can you see why I get mad at the racists in the Uk blaming everything on immigrants???? quote Nearly 1.1 million Ukrainian refugees have entered Bulgaria since 24 February 2022 ONE POINT ONE MILLION - the UK has 82,100 Ukranian refugees - can you see now why the rest of Europe hates the UK over this total NONE ISSUE you have?????

@TwitchingBomb My sister is moving out here to Bulgaria in 8 years, mostly so her child has a future - how sad is that. 20ºC and blue sky here today

@TwitchingBomb - I no longer live in the UK but my family do. The difference in the life of the average working person here in Bulgaria and the UK is astonishing. And its NOT just money, its the psychological difference. Everyone here knows that tomorrow will be better than today - the place is going UP and that has a huge impact on people. People are happy and optimistic, all the people I know in the UK are just hanging on to the edge of life. My sister is very middle class and she needs dental work, she cant even get it if she pays privately in her area. She runs an MMA academy - they have had to restrict the actual fighting incase someone gets injured as there won't be an ambulance...
