  4.  @che-waji3470  NO. Its better for some. What if you have to move with your job or career...??? Viena is always the No1 city in the world for quality of life - you know why? Vast amounts of government-controlled rent-controlled housing.

  6.  @che-waji3470  I would NEVER rent a house out. I have morals and dignity and would never ever be a **** landlord. Private landlords I h4t3. All rental property should be owned by the state as a public utility BTW what cant people buy - cos they cant afford and why cant they afford it? PRIVATE LANDLORDS. I've finished my travels now but I've been in 55 countries over the last 40 years, the more private landlords in a country - the worse the quality of life and the more miserable the society in that country. The worst countries for quality of life - Am3ric4 and the UK.
