China has $1.5 Trillion USD cash - thats why the USD is so high right now, China is sucking all the USD out of the international banking system. They hold USD swap accounts for the BRICS countries so they can all trade in USD without touching the US SWIFT system, so ironically sanctions now only apply to Am3ric4s allies LOL
