  1. " tanning can easily lead to skin cancer" the evidence is starting to look a bit iffy on that, at least in relation to natural sunlight. Evidence is starting to build that sunscreens may be responsible for more skin cancer than the sun itself. After all - you would think that after 4 billion years of evolution UNDER the sun, the human body would have adapted to cope with, you know, the big ball of fire in the sky? You dont see fish getting waterlogged and dying do you?

STOP WEARING SYNTHETIC FABRICS its plastic and it leaches estrogen-mimicking chemicals into your skin and lowers Testosterone levels I have a friend in the fabrics industry in the Netherlands, her job is to try and find a solution to this before it breaks in the news and destroys the industry. Also, don't eat or drink food that comes in plastic packaging. Same reason.
