NO IT CATEGORICALLY WILL NOT because that has already happened - the end of the Am3ric4n empire happened some time about 3 to 6 years ago, just no one noticed Everyone expected it to be a massive global event, in actual fact, the world mostly just stopped caring what Am3ric4 did. If you watch global none English language none Western news - they hardly ever mention Am3ric4. Its really only Westen English language news that obsesses about the US. Its OVER, the shockwaves are just starting to hit the US now.
