My best friend here for 8 years, a REALLY amazing guy who would do anything for you, one of the funniest guys I have ever met - turned out to be a sex trafficker... He was in Bulgaria cos he had fled Ukraine as the police were after him. The something made me suspicious and then he vanished, shortly after the police came to see me.

  10.  @looseSpark  OK - Im ill I cant go into detail. BUY the "believe women" is a reaction to the decades of dismissing them out of hand. It listens to them, believe them and then investigates. It means BELIEVE THERE IS SOMETHING TO INVESTIGATE. IM NOT SAYING ITS A GOOD SLOGAN. But that it what it means, take what they say on face value and INVESTIGATE, cos in the 50s, 60s, 70s, and 80's they were not believed and there was no investigation. The problem with slogans is they mean a thing and then the powerful redefine what they mean. They did it with Karl Marx's "private property" and they did it with "woke" and they have done it with "believe women" - its the standard tactic of the right wing establishment. Make the slogan TOXIC
