  9. EVERY TIME AM3RIC4 TRIES TO STOP CHINA by blocking technology it just backfired in 3 years cos China just makes their own or innovates. They now have their own lithography machines, they redesigned chip architecture so Chinese 7nm is = US 5nm. Am3ric4 still thinks its 1998.
