  2. My uncle - an old farmer in Britain. He only drinks beer out of glass bottles. He said canned beer tastes of plastic, at the time I thought he was nuts. Then I discovered NO they are plastic lined. He eats a very traditional farmers high fat no processed food low sugar diet. Due to health reasons I have to eat a very similar diet myself now and NOW I am eating zero processed food I can taste the plastic from cans or bottles - its REALLY strong. Processed food, in plastic packaging, is making the taste of plastic NORMAL.
