  1. That is essentially what they did in the UK. Cos my sister had lower outgoings but maintained he income despite being in lockdown for a year - she is buying a new car, an EV. People have money and they are about to spend it and boost the economy.

  2.  @barquerojuancarlos7253  - Yeah I have actually studied this for a book I am writing. Poor people are not lazy, people given money are not lazy on the whole. What are "lazy" are depressed or sick people.
