  3. Very few. Very very few. Im an author on psychology - narcissism is my speciality. They don't have the object permanence or long term goal setting to become CEO's usually. It's way more likely they are sociopaths or even psychopaths. Narcissists more often tear down what others have created than build anything themselves.
