  1. I STARTED READING MARX in the lockdown* by page 9 I had realised why capitalism is a literal joke of a system and WHY it was vitally important that Marx be discredited at all costs. Vast amounts of money have to be spent on propaganda to keep people believing in capitalism, it is so obviously idiotic that the mere absence of propaganda will reveal its failings. * I read a summary of Das Kapital by David Harvey - very good. But very small print in the paper format.
