  2. AT THE BOARDER is the key bit here - its OK blaming China for their level of current emissions BUT THEY ARE MAKING STUFF FOR THE USA DN THE EU...!!! This is NOT China's CO2 - its OUR CO2 - we are "Offshoring" our CO2 emissions to China and them BLAMING THEM for their CO2 emissions.
