  4. 20:00 ITS MORE FOR DRYING TOWELS / HEATING THE ROOM it takes the chill off the bathroom if you leave it uncovered, if your towel is wet you put it on there it will dry the towel and it will be warm for you they are low wattage and thermostatically controlled - so when your towel is on there it will warm up and switch off. a lot of them are connected to the central heating system.
