  1. ALL private landlords should be banned - they suck every available penny out of the economy. A family friend lives in the crappy part of Hull in the UK, their landlord just told them they "have" to put up the rent to £900 - thats $1,122. These houses sold for about £25k in 2000 when the guy bought them. He is making £10,800 a year on a property he bought 25 years ago for £25k. Well if their rent was £300 they would be spending £600 in the economy - instead, it goes into a millionaire Boomers bank account. Renting is NOT just d34d money for the person renting - its d34d money for the economy...!!!

Cos people like this bought 10, 20, 50, 100 properties on buy to let mortgages 25 years ago
