As an author on psychology and the collapse of civilisations, this is a brief list of things I believe should be banned: Facebook and all other intrusive social media Lotteries with large jackpots Facetune and another simple to use photo editing for idealised beauty tools Reality TV and any other form of TV based on humiliation Mainstream media being in the ownership of a small number of individuals - no more than £1000 of shares by any 1 person in any organisation Private schools Private hospitals Critical infrastructure being owned by foreign companies Billionaires these are the things I think should be legalised that are not Psilocybin MDMA THC LSD all other reasonably safe mind-expanding drugs

@shaneselfe6506 -I agree - but my problem is the societal p[sychological damage they are doing. Above and beyond the misinformation etc, they are teaching people and children that "likes" are more important than truth or reality. That image is all that counts and that "influencer" is a real thing... My speciality is narcissism and they are responsible for a literal pandemic of narcissists.

@shaneselfe6506 - "youngsters not being able to cope with things like feeling rejected if not enough people like post or picture" and when they don't get likes for things they did, they make up lies and fake pictures to get likes. Girls don't get likes for their real body - they get likes for the one they photoshopped and what does THAT teach them??? boys don't get likes for pictures of their spiderman toy, but they do for the gun they pretend to have... Its all just hideously toxic. BTW - the professor of philosophy at Oxford University was expelled from school at 15 for bunking off, it happens to the best of us...
