The country is in chaos and need a great leader BECAUSE we have had a succession of very bad very weak leaders. They used to think that epidemics/pandemics often caused the collapse of civilisations - but actually, the cause and effect seems to be the other way around. Weak collapsing civilisations are VULNERABLE to epidemics, malnourished people, lack of discipline, badly maintained sanitation, lack of societal cohesion, etc etc. Countries that did badly in the Covid pandemic - Am3ric4, Britain, Italy. Countries that did well China, New Zealand, Norway etc.

  3.  @Exspert_In_A_Dieing_Field  The UK state has not really built or maintained any infrastructure since 1975, and we have sold off all the good Victorian stuff that was built in a way it needed minimal maintenance. We need to spend £293 Billion NOW on schools alone - 12,200 schools are past their usable life... Labour used the PFI system but that turned out astronomically expensive, the tories just gave the money to their mates for nothing.
