  1. THIS IS A STRANGE ONE FOR YOU I live in Bulgaria - a neighbour said it had been on the news that the Russian Govt had requested 75,000 death certificates. You have made me wonder if these two stories are connected somehow. I wonder if there is some reluctance to print new certificates for fear of the numbers involved becoming public???

  3.  @ProfessorTimWilson  - My neighbours say a lot of weird stuff. I never know if its true or not, cos Bulgaria is a pretty strange country. But this one suddenly sounds plausible.

I mean if you are trying to keep the level of deaths somewhat out of the public - you don't want to place an order for 100,000 shiny new war death certificates do you? Cos its guaranteed the order will get leaked and you cant deny it if it's on paper.
