THERE IS ONE THING I CAN SAY FOR SURE it was not an air defence missile - they are full of ballbearings [or similar] to shred the incoming object The tractor next to the blast is NOT full of holes - the tires are not even deflated. This was a high explosive - buildings, tanks, etc. But oddly not a very big one.

  3.  @DropdudeJohn  - 50% of it was an air blast - the 50% that was not ground - the 50% with the tractor in.
