I AM DEEPLY DISTURBED by the utterly pathetic whining on social media by people, like me - none Royalists - about the horrific oppression they are enduring cos the football is cancelled and the TV is boring. As my friend pointed out, they are so TOTALLY ADDICTED to media, they can not cope with the interruption for 10 days in their entire life. They are going out of their MINDS.

  3.  @blzebub2  - I don't care. I'm reading a book, ironically I'm re-reading 1984. Im also sewing a coat for winter, a copy of a 19th century coach driver's coat. I don't need my brain to be spoon-fed its hourly dose of varied media entertainment. Let the people who care about the Queen have their 10 days, life will go on, I can entertain myself for 10 days, I don't care... If YOU care this much, if it disturbs you so much, Id ask myself the question "why does this bother me so much...? Why cant I ignore it and let other people enjoy their "thing" for 10 days out of my ENTIRE life?"

"I'm with football fans not emotional blackmail fans." so why do they change the kit every year to force them to buy new shirts - you are wrong AND pathetic.
