  3. YEP - its a strategy of BE A RACIST - SAVE A BORIS Edit - I grew up in a WF [Wakefield] post code. Wakefield is a boke dump. It might be a racist boke dump, but I would doubt the racism tops the fact that they cant pay their gas and electric bills. The housing stock in Wakefield is mostly 1900 to 1930 terrace houses - uninsulated and cold. I doubt this announcement will win over many voters - I might be wrong, but I doubt it.
