  1. IN THE PANDEMIC the University Of Toronto made several degree programs available online for free - I took Ancient Chinese Philosophy. I was bitterly disappointed. It had NOTHING to do with learning or understanding Ancient Chinese Philosophy - it was about passing the exam at the end of the module. As I was not taking the exams [they were not free, i was doing the course for the knowledge it was almost useless. Modern education is radically different to the one I had, where UNDERSTANDING was everything.
