@peterjevans8718 - Hi Peter. I have not been to Sweden. Im a Brit living in Bulgaria - the hospital situation here is vastly superior to the UK, I had need of it last year and was incredibly grateful I was not in the UK. I know what you mean about " however sometime I get cocky and do things that I shouldn't" I had covid followed by long covid and used to do the same - put myself in bed for 3 days. I eventually learned to ONLY do what I was capable of... The very best of luck to you my friend.
