Devolved tax raising to the regions, PR at all levels, ONLY national decisions taken at a national level, the HoL moved OUT of London, NO 2nd jobs for MP's, house of professionals to replace the HoL, NO lobbying, office provided by the govt for MP's no more employing your daughter, severe punishment for corruption / sexual harassment / etc. TOP TO BOTTOM reform
