America lifted sanctions on Venezuela last week because all of a sudden it looks like they might need cheap oil...!!! If sanctions worked, Cuba would be capitalist, and North Korea would be a tourist destination. BRICS+ is not a trading block is is a HEDGE against US sanctions being imposed on you, it enables you to trade in either yuan or your local currency.
