  1. ZOMBIE COMPANIES are a huge problem in the UK and the USA These are companies that are technically insolvent. They borrowed so much money at basically 0% and bought back their shares to push up the price so the CEO's etc made millions. BUT 100% of the profit goes to service the DEBT. So a 2% or 3% intrest rate and they become LITERALLY insolvent - I have been writing about this problem for 3 years 50% of the S&P500 is ZOMBIE
