Starts of slow and imperceptible, then things start to happen, then it rapidly descends catastrophe after catastrophe until there is literally nothing more left to go wrong and it bottoms out. Its the opposite of a technology take-up graph. The UK has another 10 years of this, no amount of Labour can magically fix air traffic control of school roofs or get industry booming that does not exist.
