  1. THE GOOD NEWS IS THE UK IS IRRELEVANT as the UK economy declines so does its CO2 emissions - the UK is currently responsible for 1.1% of global emissions In 2010 it was 3%. EDIT - this comment was a joke, I hope that was obvious, but the shocking thing is the number of genuine "lets do nothing because XYZ"
