THAT TUNNEL IS NOT A COMAND AND CONTROL ANYTHING at best its an escape tunnel - main thing is - NO LIGHTING SYSTEM 1st thing you put in a tunnel are LIGHTS 2nd, no communication cables - look at the back of your TV and computer!!! Tunnels have MASSES of comms cables in them and power cables. This has 1 x 16A cable thats it. The Ex Communist city I live in has a tunnel system under it, in places its knee deep in cables, they have been trying to clear it out - they cut the cables every 400m and use HGV's to drag them out People just lay new cables over the old ones and they build up year after year.
