LET ME TELL YOU A BORKING STORY OF PAPERWORK and how everyone overlooks the pen pushers... I worked for a very successful [at sales] computer company - but they made no PROFFIT. They sold way more than any other in their field, but they made a loss every year. UNTIL they employed an ex British Army logistics officer. He sorted out the previously ignored back end, the delivery and the billing and the warranty claims etc. TURNED OUT an employee was scamming >>> hundreds of thousands of £ of the company, they were so disorganised they had never noticed. They paid the sales staff the big bucks and the pen pushers minimum wage... Administrators are REALLY important people.
